Southern Designs name has become synonomous with fantastic design, affordable prices and a friendly, efficient service. I am proud to be the founder of Southern Designs and in the future am looking to further increase the range of services offered by taking on more staff and setting up offices all over the UK and the world. Our main priority however big we expand to be will always be to offer a personal service, none of this automated template based work, we are real people who offer real creative ideas and are always here to chat, whatever your requirements. The work that I have produced has won awards and i believe this is because of the personal effort that goes into every single project, whoever you are, whatever your needs. I've always been a passionate photographer, since i was tiny, i was always the one to take the family photos and i guess this is where my passion for media started. Back in 2002 i started pushing the media department in my school to let me get involved in any opportunities and quickly ended up running the majority of the Sixth Form Media ventures, being the only student trained to use a photographic studio, trained in video editing, and graphic design i quickly established a rapour with the staff and students as someone reliable to turn to for all their media needs. From then on there was no looking back, i developed a brand new style for the Sixth Form yearbook which has now been continued on for the past 2 years - this book won me the Ricardo's Engineering Award in 2005. During my school days i setup a small business to backup my freelance work called Southern Designs, which today still runs strong and is a well respected brand for media development and photography in the certain areas of the extreme sports industry. I have had the opportunity to develop websites, posters, branding, and take thousands of photos for some large brands such as Fat Face & Onfire Clothing and large organisations such as the British Kite Surfing Association & the Department of Healths - 'Want Respect, Wear a Condom' Campaign. I love the work i do and can only see it developing in both technical expertise and style through my future work.   Tom Worman
